Foreign Policy & National Security

WNDC believes that the US should use diplomacy and economic development as the tools of first resort in foreign policy. Working with allies, the US should restore and revitalize coalitions to end international armed conflict and support democratic values.  The US should lead multilateral and like-minded countries’ efforts to promote international security.  Finally, the US should work to restore international economic prosperity and global health, recognizing that American economic strength is key to world-wide stability.
