Join WNDC
The WNDC welcomes both men and women to join this active and vibrant club. Applications are reviewed by our Membership Committee and receive final review by our Board of Governors. This process takes one to two weeks. Before completing the application, please take a moment to review the Membership Categories below as it will be required in the "membership type" field of the application.
MEMBERSHIP CATEGORIES:
INDIVIDUAL (AGE 40+):
Dues: $55 per month + $100 Initiation fee
These are voting members who join as individual women or men. A $75 Food and Beverage minimum will be assessed to members who do not spend this amount at the Club during a three-month period of time.
FAMILY (2+ Individuals):
Dues: $82 monthly + $100 Initiation fee
This is an individual voting member's (primary member's) spouse or domestic partner living in the same household. Both the primary member and the family member are separately entitled to all privileges of the Club, including voting. A Food and Beverage minimum of $100 will be assessed to families who do not spend this amount at the Club during a three-month period of time. NOTE: If you are interested in a Family membership, both individuals must apply separately using this application.
Young Dems (AGES 30-40):
Dues: $27 per month + $50 Initiation fee
These are voting members (proof of age required) who join as individuals. A $75 Food and Beverage minimum will be assessed to members who do not spend this amount at the Club during a three-month period of time. Young Dems who anticipate renting the club for a major event such as a wedding must join at the Individual rate.
Young Dems (UNDER AGE 30):
Dues: $14.50 per month + $30 Initiation fee
These are voting members (proof of age required) who join as individuals. A reduced Food and Beverage minimum will be assessed to Young Dem members at the rate of $40 per quarter for those who do not spend this amount at the WNDC either through entry fees (not every event is free) or through purchases of lunches, snacks, or beverages. Young Dems who anticipate renting the club for a major event such as a wedding must join at the Individual rate
Non-Resident:
Dues: $14.50 per month + $30 Initiation fee
These are non-voting members who live more than 50 miles from the Clubhouse for six months or longer in any one fiscal year. Non-residents who anticipate renting the club for a major event such as a wedding must join at the Individual rate.

BE ADVISED: Membership dues and fees will be automatically billed to the credit card number you provide to be kept on file. By submitting this application, you agree that monthly dues and fees associated with your membership type will be deducted until payment is secured in full. Payment of dues must be made each month and is not contingent upon active membership in the WNDC. Any such action by the member to cancel deductions will be considered a default of membership. The WNDC reserves the right to collect payment in full. Please send checks directly to the club.
